HSP Timepieces is the watch workshop under the Heartshot flag: automatic timepieces designed together with the person who will wear them, then assembled by hand at the bench — one commission at a time, never a production line, never a shelf of stock.

Design it together
Dial, case, hands, and strap are chosen with you around a Seiko NH35-family automatic movement — including the details that make a watch yours and nobody else's.

Built at the bench
Your watch is assembled by hand, one piece on the bench at a time, and checked over before it ever leaves Wisconsin. When it's right, it's on its way to its captain.
⚙️ The Mark
The emblem is the signature
The heart-skull mark is the workshop's own — where it appears on a build, it rides on a custom-engraved rotor inside the watch, not borrowed branding on the dial. A bespoke piece should carry its maker's mark the honest way: earned, engraved, and found when the caseback opens.

How the workshop works

- Bespoke only. Every watch is a commission, designed with its wearer. There is no stock line to buy off a shelf.
- Movements
- Seiko NH35-family automatic movements — the NH35, the day-date NH36, and the GMT NH34 — proven Japanese workhorses, chosen per build.
- Commissions
- Open by conversation, through @hsptimepieces on Instagram. If you can describe it, the bench can talk about building it.
- Home bench
- Wisconsin, under the Heartshot Holdings flag — the same house as the games and the harbour on this site.
